Cera is a cooperative financial group whose origins go back to the ideas of Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, who in the late 19th century, fought against poverty in the countryside through assistance and cooperation. The first cooperative, which later gave birth to CERA Bank, was founded in Belgium in 1892. In June 1998, CERA Bank merged with Kredietbank and ABB Insurance to give birth to KBC.
Cera includes a share of the former cooperative shares (shareholders) of Cera, on the other hand, she wants to rejuvenate the 'old' cooperative values.
